Sean has been on his own incredible weight loss and fitness journey and now loves helping others do the same. Pushing them to reach their full potential and do the best they can every single session.

He’s CrossFit crazy 😂, loves a good run 🏃‍♂️, and brings a whole lot of passion and fresh energy to the gym.

Sean holds his CF-L1 and is waiting on the final results for his Cert III in Fitness, with plans to keep learning and growing.

On Saturday, we farewelled @jo6lli , as he heads off to Melbourne for his next chapter. We’re excited to welcome Lauren to the coaching team! With a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science, Cert III & IV in Fitness/Personal Training, and an ASCA Level 1 Coaching accreditation, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the floor.

She’s Punchfit qualified (fun fact: she’s even stepped into the ring for a boxing fight night 🥊), and has hands-on experience in athletic development, plus completed specialist courses in kettlebells and running mechanics. Lauren is also expanding her expertise with pre and postnatal qualifications – a huge asset to our community.

Her diverse background and passion for fitness make her a fantastic addition to Compound Fitness, and we can’t wait for you all to learn, train, and be inspired by her! 💪

Lucas holds his CrossFit Level 2 Trainer Certificate and loves nothing more than helping you improve, tackle your weaknesses, and turn them into strengths. While coaching isn’t his full-time gig, he still jumps in to lead a session or train alongside the crew when he can.

Whether he’s closing deals or helping you hit a new PB, Lucas brings the same energy, focus, and drive into everything he does. 💪
