Today we honoured the legacy of Lieutenant Michael Murphy and all those who have served by taking on Murph.

A tough workout, but a reminder that some sacrifices are far greater than sore muscles and fatigue.

Today we say goodbye to one of the true OGs of CFM — Trent 🇨🇦

From the early days of the gym right through to now, Trent has been a massive part of the community we’ve built. Always willing to work hard, and someone who’s been around through so many memories, workouts, comps and good times.

100km of brutal climbs, tough trails, tired legs and one huge mental battle ahead, but if anyone can dig deep and get it done, it’s you.

The UTA is no easy feat, but all the hard work, early mornings and training sessions have led to this. Trust the process, back yourself and enjoy every moment out there.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along for the Oliver Run this morning. Seeing our community come together to move, support one another and honour Oliver was incredibly special.

Whether you ran, walked, cheered people on or simply showed up — thank you. These moments are what community is all about.

There was plenty of sweat, plenty of smiles and a whole lot of heart out there this morning. We’re so proud to be surrounded by such an amazing group of people who always show up for each other.
